Our Lodges Operating in the UK
We welcome applications from all people with a serious interest in the mystical, the esoteric, and the pursuit of personal development, psychic evolution, and spiritual enlightenment through the practice of the Initiatic Mysteries. They must believe in Spiritual Truth, and in the principles of Compassion, Equity, Responsible Liberty, and Unity. They must understand that Egyptian Masonry is primarily a spiritual and mystical practice.
They must be willing to have at least one Interview, and acceptance cannot be guaranteed. You do not have to be a Mason to join us - complete beginners are welcome!
Successful applicants begin as Probationers and they are given the first Lectures of our EMO UK Curriculum immediately on joining.
There may be a Waiting List for Lodge Initiations, so we ask our Probationers to be patient.
Our Annual Dues cover Initiation, Lodge Membership, Study Materials & Online Access.

Full Membership
FULL MEMBERSHIP - Full Members must obey all Lodge Summonses and attend in person all Lodge Meetings in their Jurisdiction, as well as studying online. The Lodge which initiates them will becoem their Mother Lodge for the Symbolic Degrees. Lodge Attendance is mandatory.
Full Members are joining non-Masons. They must receive their Initiations and Elevations in person.
Affiliate Membership
AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP - Affiliated Masons must obey all Summonses and attend all Lodge Meetings in their Jurisdiction, as well as studying online. Lodge and Sanctuary Attendance is mandatory.
Affiliate Members are joining Masons; Masons of any Rite are welcome. They may apply for Associate Membership depending on their location.
Associate Membership
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP - Associate Members must only attend in person for their Lodge or Sanctuary Initiations and Elevations, but may otherwise study remotely, and meet online.
Associate Members are new applicants and Affiliating Masons living abroad, outside of an EMO UK Jurisdiction. They must be able to travel to an EMO UK Lodge to receive their Initiations.

The Grand Lodge "Isis-Hathor" No. 1 (or IHGL) is the outer court of the S:.A:.I:.S:. Sovereign Grand Sanctuary, and the First Consecrated Lodge of the Order, dedicated to the ideal of the Universal Mother. The Goddesses Isis (Auset) and Hathor (Hwt-Hru) are intimately connected, and their hieratic practices were similar, including the interpretation of dreams, and the mysteries of love and sexuality; both Goddesses are associated with the Star Spica in the constellation of Virgo.
The "Isis-Hathor" Grand Lodge works the Egyptian Craft Rite, with an additional focus on Masonic Harmony, Spiritual Love, Ritual Excellence, and the Deep Cultivation of the Soul. Highly ceremonial and celebratory, the Grand Lodge encourages Lectures and Presentations on every subject relevant to Egyptian Masonry. It only performs the High Rituals and Inner Workings of the Grand Lodge, delegating ordinary Initiation to the Metropolitan Lodge.
The Grand Lodge meets twice a year, in March and September.

The Metropolitan Lodge "Sekhmet" No. 100 (also named 'Met 100') serves the citizens of Central London and Greater London, dedicated to the ideal of the Warrior Goddess. The Goddess Sekhmet is a fierce deity, whose Name derives from the word sekhem, or power. She is synonymous with the scorching heat of the midday Sun. A Divine Warrior and Protectress of the Pharoah, she is both the Bringer of Pestilence and the Healer of Sickness, having power over Life and Death in the desert.
The Metropolitan Lodge "Sekhmet" - or Met 100 - works the Egyptian Craft Rite, with an additional focus on Esoteric Research and Presentation, Consciousness Studies, Psychic Protection, and the Nature of the Inner Planes. Lively and highly energetic, this Lodge is expanding, with an enjoyable culture combining intense esoteric conversation with joyful cameraderie.
The Metropolitan Lodge meets monthly, on Fridays from 5pm.

The Metropolitan Lodge "Hermanoubis" No. 101 (also named 'Met 101') serves the citizens of Cardiff and South Wales, dedicated to the ideal of the Inner Guide. Hermanoubis is a deity of the later Ptolemaic period of Egypt, a synthesis of the Egyptian God Anubis (Anpu) and the Greek God Hermes Chthonios, both of whom are associated with the post-mortem passage of the Soul through the Underworld, the liminal spaces in Nature, and the Occult Mysteries.
The "Hermanoubis" Metropolitan Lodge - or Met 101 - works the Egyptian Craft Rite, with an additional focus on Hidden Symbols, Earth Mysteries, Sacred Geometry, Spirit Lore, High Strangeness, and the Unseen World.

The Respectable Lodge "Heru" No. 102 meets in the Jurisdiction of South-West England, dedicated to the ideal of the Cosmic Victor. The mighty God Horus (Hru) has many forms, and is the Royal Falcon, the symbol of Divine Power, Pharaonic Heredity, and Victory over Evil. He appears as a Child Heru-sa-Aset, a Warrior Horakhty, and an Elder Heru-Ur; His Eye, the Wadjet which means "healthy" or "restored", is still a powerful symbol of Protection.
The "Heru" Lodge works the Egyptian Craft Rite, with an additional focus on Egyptian Mysticism, Spiritual Self-Development, Inner Power, and the preliminary study of the Trivium Hermeticum.

The Respectable Lodge "Nebet-Het" No. 103 meets in the Jurisdiction of South London and South-East England, dedicated to the Sacred Temple Priestess. The Goddess Nephthys (Nebet-Het) whose Name means "Mistress of the House", is the wife of Set and the mother of Anubis. As the Goddess of death, mourning, darkness, and the Winds of the Night, she is the cosmic polarity to Isis, and the Keeper of the Secrets of the Temple; this is because Initiation was understood as a ritual simulation of Death and the After-Life.
The "Nebet-Het" Lodge works the Egyptian Craft Rite, with an additional focus on Egyptian History and Temple-Craft, Sacred Rites, Esoteric-Masonic Education, and Ritual Improvement. Young and enthusiatic, this South London Lodge combines depth psychology with intense aspiration; they are keen to welcome all new applicants to explore the Mysteries of the Goddess.

The Respectable Lodge "Neith" No. 104 meets in the Jurisdiction of Central England, dedicated to the ideal of the Divine & Self-Created. The Goddess Neith is perhaps the oldest of the Egyptian Goddesses, whose worship dates back to the pre-dynastic period. She is the Goddess of War and Victory, and the embodiment of Primal Life. Self-generated, She is the Mother of Ra, the Sun, and Creatrix of the World. She is the Opener of the Ways, and the Counsellor of the Gods.
The "Neith" Lodge works the Egyptian Craft Rite, with an additional focus on Astro-Theology, Illuminism, the Sacred Sciences, and Spiritual Truth.

Regional Triangles
A TRIANGLE is like an infant Lodge, which can be formed by a single Master Mason and any interested parties, or three Master Masons, under the supervision of the Order. All Members must join the Order. A Triangle can be as small as Three Persons, and can practice Egyptian Masonry within certain parameters. Once a certain number of Members is reached, the Triangle may be permitted to form a proper Lodge.
The EMO UK is happy to discuss the possibility of forming a Triangle in any local area where there is no EMO UK Lodge currently in operation, subject to terms and conditions.
